I had like five diamonds and all these jewels in my inventory and I was almost done collecting enough obsidian for a portal and then I lagged and when I unlagged I was on fire and dead

I also respawned a billion miles away ahh

So uh yep here are some pictures of the aqueduct that Max and I built yesterday. It does actually feed into the reservoirs which irrigate our terraced farms. We probably thought about this more than we should have.
Probably the most opportune time to start building an aqueduct.
Uh, so I actually had a pretty busy and interesting week [3 midterms, 1 journal article, 1 ant taxonomy lab, 1 date, 1 halloween party in my apartment (5 beers, ?? jello shots), 1 silly online purchase, 1 sad but quietly hopeful self-realization]
But rather than tell you about those, here are pictures of the minecraft city that Ben, Max, and I have been working on.
So who got their boyfriend to start playing Minecraft and totally love it despite his previous objections and mockery?

The RPGmakers build day video! My player name is HansGeiger, though it’s hard to distinguish any particular players in the video - I worked on the city rather than the prison/dungeon area. It was SO much fun working on this stuff, and we had some good direction so the final product looks pretty damn snazzy.
GUYS. I got accepted to the RPGmakers build day. AW YISS. Saturday is going to be the best day. Let’s just cross my fingers that my internet doesn’t cut out too often.
ETA: Apparently 97 out of around 850 got invites. Hells to the yeah.
